These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of unitoptours.com and to every tour, service or booking arranged by Unitop Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.(“Unitop”, “we”, “us”), with its registered office at 506, DDA-2F, District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi 110058, India, and corporate office at 452, JMD Megapolis, Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurugram 122018, Haryana. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms on behalf of yourself and everyone travelling with you.
The itineraries on this website are sample routes. We tailor each tour to your dates, group size and preferences and send you a written quotation. Quotations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Your booking is confirmed only when we have received the payment requested in your quotation and sent you a written booking confirmation. The person who makes the booking (the “lead traveller”) must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for passing all booking information to the rest of the group.
Travel in India sometimes requires changes. We may alter the order of sightseeing, routes or hotels where necessary, for example because of weather, road or mountain-pass closures in Ladakh and Kashmir, monument closures (the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays), festivals, strikes or official restrictions. Where possible we will replace any service with one of similar standard.
If we have to cancel your tour for reasons other than force majeure, we will offer you an alternative tour or a full refund of the money you have paid us.
We are not responsible for failure to perform, or for changes, delays or costs, caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, government action, airport or border closures and the failure of public utilities. Any extra costs that arise (such as additional nights or transport) are payable by the traveller.
We are not responsible for losses if you are refused boarding, entry or a permit because of missing or incorrect documents.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. It should cover medical treatment, hospitalisation and emergency evacuation, trip cancellation and curtailment, and loss of baggage and belongings.
We arrange hotels, transport, guides, flights, trains and activities provided by independent suppliers and by our hotels, Hotel The Imperial in Bodhgaya and Kushinagar. Each supplier’s own conditions also apply, for example hotel check-in times and airline baggage rules. Hotel categories follow local classification. Activities such as elephant rides at Amber Fort, boat rides and cable cars depend on availability, weather and local regulations.
We ask all travellers to respect local laws, customs and religious practices, including dress codes and photography rules at temples, monasteries and monuments. If a traveller’s behaviour is unlawful, unsafe or seriously disrupts others, we may end their services without refund.
We take reasonable care in planning your tour and selecting suppliers. We are not liable for acts or omissions of independent suppliers that we could not reasonably prevent, or for loss, injury or damage arising from your own actions or from force majeure. Any liability on our part will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If something is not right during your tour, please tell your guide or call us straight away on +91 98102 03502 so we can put it right on the spot. If you remain unhappy, please write to unitoptours@gmail.com as soon as possible after your tour, with your booking details. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond to it as quickly as we can.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
